Pee-Gate: Sorority Makes Amends

On Saturday, about 100 members of the WSU Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority returned to Coeur d’Alene to make amends for the well-publicized incident earlier this year involving sorority sisters peeing against the back wall of the North Idaho Museum at City Park. Recreation Director and Walkabout guided them to various sites to clean up, including Tubbs Hill:

Stickman:  Such a beautiful day. To start the morning, Walkabout met with Steve Anthony and another volunteer at City Hall to assist the young women from down south (Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority from WSU) that had to do community service here in Coeur d’Alene. The goal was Tubbs Hill and the Jewitt House and Sanders Beach. She expected about twenty young women, but when we got to City Hall, there was about 100. So, Tubbs Hill will get a very nice cleaning today along with part of Sanders Beach and the Jewitt House. Such a great event, and those places will have a smile on their faces when done. Tubbs Hill really needs it and Walkabout loves the help and the attention it will be given. So, if you are out today anywhere along Tubbs or Sanders and notice a lot of young women cleaning, thank them for their help.

Question: Apology accepted?
