More like midnight ): You know what I find so curious … Here in Washington, the Supreme Court said that the state wasn’t spending enough on public schools and now the legislature is going find itself in contempt of court for not acting fast enough. In Idaho, the supreme court made a similar ruling, but the legislature and the governor just gave the supreme court the bird and told them to butt out. If Otter really cared about schools he’d get off his horse and do something instead of just talk. But then again that’s all Butch has always been, all talk, no action. Time for a different governor.
