Idaho Has Rudest Drivers? Seriously?

I’m still wondering about that odd survey that fingered Idaho as the state with the rudest drivers — with Washington, DC, New York, Wyoming and Massachusetts rounding out the Top 5. I can see Washington, DC, and New York. Congested surburban areas spawn uptight drivers. But Idaho? I get tailgated occasionally. But I can’t remember the last time someone flipped me off in traffic.
