Dietitian: Watch That Cholesterol
In the Coeur d’Alene Press, registered dietitian Kimberly Young of Panhandle Health District tells us all we need to know about

It’s also a reminder to get screened.
”
More here.
Question: I rarely pay attention to which cholesterol number is which, until Doc Chisolm tsk-tsks me and says one is too high or too low. Or both. I exercise. Try not to snack too much. And get regular eye, teeth & medical checkups. What’s your strategy for staying away from heart disease & stroke?
