Poll: Otter Won’t Sign Repeal

• Thursday Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation — 64 of 134 respondents, 47.76% — says Gov. Butch Otter will allow repeal of “instant racing” legislation to become law without his signature. Another 37 of 134 respondents (27.61%) believe Otter will sign the legislation. Only 33 of 134 respondents (24.63%) say Otter will veto the bill. I believe he’ll veto it.
