House refers HB 312 as amended in Senate to House Transportation Committee

House Speaker Scott Bedke, R-Oakley, has referred HB 312a, the Senate-amended transportation funding bill, to the House Transportation Committee. This year, Bedke has been referring amended bills to committees to consider whether or not to concur with Senate amendments, rather than just making that call on the House floor.

The committee is now scheduled to meet this afternoon, after the House recesses from its morning session.
