Southwick next in Shock QB line

Entering their third game of the season, a fourth different quarterback will be behind center for the Spokane Shock.

With Carson Coffman, who suffered an MCL injury in the second quarter of the season opener, and Warren Smith mending from injuries,and Jarrett Brown and Matt Bassuener unable to get the offense on track last week, Spokane has turned to journeyman Danny Southwick.

Southwick’s first assignment will be against his former team, Portland, on Thursday.
