Warning on this wrapper for pot says that it’s illegal outside of the state of Washington. However, Walkabout discovered the empty wrapper that had once contained a “Pineapple Express pre-wrapped joint” among the litter on Tubbs Hill during her daily litter patrol Monday. Besides the local litter laws, the user of the Pineapple Express must have ignored the other warning that the product has “intoxicating effects and maybe habit forming.”
