Defending active military

Our active military personnel that defend our nation 24 hours each day have become targets. We need to give them the necessary means to let them also defend themselves.

I agree with Florida Gov. Rick Scott. He issued an executive order to make sure all full-time members of the guard are armed. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott also is ordering the National Guard to arm personnel at military facilities.

We should also demand that our active military, when in uniform, be issued and ordered to wear a side arm on or off military facilities. They are professionals defending our nation. Let’s let them also defend themselves.
