Poll: Don’t Appeal Ag-Gag Ruling

• Thursday Poll: Overwhelmingly, Hucks Nation opposes any attempt by the state of Idaho to appeal the court ruling that its “Ag-Gag” law is unconstitutional. 142 of 160 respondents (88.75%) oppose a state appeal of the federal court ruling. Only 15 of 160 respondents (9.38%) support an appeal. 3 (1.88%) were undecided.
