Craig Headed Back To Court

Former Idaho Sen. Larry Craig will go to court Oct. 7 to argue that he shouldn’t have to repay nearly a quarter-million dollars in campaign funds he used in connection with his 2007 arrest in a Minnesota airport bathroom sex sting, Roll Call reports today. The Washington, D.C. newspaper reported that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit set oral arguments for Oct. 7 in Craig’s continuing appeal over his penalties, which his attorneys called “improperly punitive”/ Betsy Russell , Eye on Boise. More here .
