Man Charged With Animal Sex Crimes

A 45-year-old Spokane County man was arrested on Wednesday afternoon for allegedly seven videos that show him involved in sexual acts with a horse and three dogs. The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said that Travis Austin Joy made those videos between October 2012 and February 2014. Officials with the sheriff’s office said that he was charged with seven counts of first degree animal cruelty for each video and then an additional two counts of harassment for threatening to kill the people who turned him in/ KXLY.
