Work with regulations
What if, bear with me here, instead of fighting tooth and nail every environmental regulation, major polluters took the challenge with an equal amount of energy, employed people to achieve the goals set by the regulations and actually achieved those goals? Neat, huh?
As an observer of human and social behavior, it seems many times more time, money and effort are thrown at not doing the work, instead of just getting on with overcoming the problem. I hear the political slogan “Make America Great Again,” and immediately think it has nothing to do with leadership and everything thing to do with America’s can’t-do attitude.
