Misinformation on water

The Spokesman-Review’s front-page picture of Dr. John Osborn, the environmentalist, putting more misinformation into the heads of our young people, is disgusting. He says, “When we pump from the aquifer we are robbing the river.” I say “garbage.”

He goes on to say that he takes two-minute showers and has low-flow toilets to save water. Where does he think that the water goes after this water goes down the drain? Hmm, it goes back to the river through the Spokane sewer system. So much for the brilliance of this environmentalist doctor.
