)I am on Tubbs often, Dave, and I know there are the usual lowlifes who are carelessly smoking
when it is senseless and illegal to do so. And, it’s not just the smoking they’re engaged in. Indeed, I won’t moor my boat at the city dock at night anymore because of the rude (and lasvicious) behavior we’ve witnessed there. I really wish the city would work harder to patrol and monitor the actions of the few who violate its beauty. I know that is a daunting task with 160 treed acres and two miles of shoreline but it is such a jewel I wish it was better controlled. My hat is off to Stickman and Walkabout for their diligent efforts to maintain Tubbs Hill. Thanks for all you do on our behalf.
Question: Should the city of Coeur d’Alene patrol Tubbs Hill regularly?
