Scott Stood By Confederate Flag At Timber Days

(Rep. Heather Scott / Facebook )

On her legislative and personal Facebook pages earlier this summer, state Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, let constituents at Timber Days in Priest River know which side of the Confederate flag flap that she was on. Scott posts on her legislative page:

I had a great time at Timber Days in Priest River. A big thanks to Travis and his friend for the troop transport truck. It was a big hit. There was a great tu rnout for the parade and kids of all ages enjoyed the candy. Lots going on including burley lumberjacks wielding axes & chainsaws, lawnmower races, a classic car show and tents full of local talent. I shared my case of Oberto Jerky with the many veterans, held an adorable puppy, and made lots of new friends. The day ended with some hail and wild weather. I hope to see you all again at the Bonner County Fair in a few weeks!

DFO: This was posted almost a month ago. But it came to my attention this week.
