Dan O'Brien, Coeur d'Alene High Class of 1988, posted this photo today on Old School North Idaho Facebook page with the comment: "A tradition long past from Coeur d'Alene High School: Painting the roof of the school with our graduation year -- Class of 88. I assume that legal and liability issues are what have killed it today. Remember when I approached our vice principal, Doug Grace about repainting the gym floor, and he said 'Why don't you do it?.' So we did. Can't imagine any school letting a bunch of kids do that today." Dan believes the individuals with him are: Jenny Reese, Michelle Faucher and Anne Sylte.
