On her Facebook wall, Kootenai County sheriff’s candidate Tina Kunishige posts: “Come visit my booth at the Kootenai County Fair, August 26-August 30. I will have Constitutional education materials and a “spinning wheel” where if you can answer a constitutional question correctly, you can put your name in a drawing to win a Ruger 10-22 take-down rifle and bug-out bag!”
