Trump to fizzle out

George Critchlow of the Spokane Valley wrote a letter about the noxious spectre from the past, that Donald Trump appears to be representing and emulating, for the benefit of a paranoid, angry and resentful audience.

As a student of history, reality is the leading cause of stress, in our country. This national phenomenon that is taking hold harkens back to people like Joseph McCarthy in the 1950s, who saw red everywhere, were finally held accountable, after much pain, suffering and loss of life, for officially promoting the blatant suspension of constitutional rights, to protect the public, based upon a climate of fear, created due to political aspirations.

I have spoken to a number of World War II combat veterans about what Donald Trump appears to be doing, and they believe that his campaign is going to fizzle out soon. I believe that they know what they are talking about; they have been there.
