Zags, Wildcats collide at the MAC

I put together a couple items on the latest installment of the entertaining Gonzaga-Arizona basketball clashes. The Wildcats (6-1) make their visit to the McCarthey Athletic Center for a 12:15 matinee special Saturday.

The question on the minds of Zag fans is Przemek Karnowski’s availability. The 7-foot-1 center missed the first game of his career, sitting out against WSU on Wednesday with back spasms. I’m told Karnowski is feeling better and that this isn’t expected to be a long-term issue. His status will be determined Saturday prior to the game.
