Re-read driver’s manual

Regarding the Dec. 2 letter from Tom Roberts, “Where was traffic help?”: The police had better things to do than to stand at an intersection directing traffic.

No power? It’s a four-way stop. We learned that when we got our licenses.

Unfortunately, Spokane is not the only town with lazy drivers. I firmly believe all drivers should be re-tested at renewal time. At least, re-read the manual.
