Regan funded Responsible CDA PAC

I’m trying to decipher that financing of the Responsible CDA PAC that backed conservative hardliners Councilman Steve Adams and Toby Schindelbeck during the Coeur d’Alene City Council elections in November. It appears that political activist Brent Regan provided all the funding in in-kind contributions. Belatedly, Responsible CDA treasurer Doug Balija turned in the PAC’s 30-day post-election, financial disclosure statement. It shows that Regan provided $2,112.15 worth of in-kind contributions to support the losing campaigns of Adams and Schindelbeck. Responsible CDA PAC opposed winning incumbent Ron Edinger and Dan English. In the week prior to the election, Balija submitted a 48-hour notice that showed Regan had provided an additional $1,570.23 in in-kind services. You can try to decipher the reports for yourself ( pre-election here and 30-day post-election here ).
