Screening needed
We, as a nation, have a long history of welcoming refugees. However, our immigration history is also replete with legislation designed to limit the number of refugees and to set guidelines and quotas on the countries of origin.
Please do your research before you believe the propaganda that we have always opened our doors to anyone from any country without regard to their intent. Read the Emergency Quota Act, the Immigration Act of 1924 and others on the long list of immigration policies.
For our survival and the survival of our children, we need to bring back an immigration screening process or we will repeat the bloody terrorist acts that have recently been dominating our headlines.
