BSU nabs Harvard Innovation Lab chief as dean for new College of Innovation and Design
Here’s a news item from the Associated Press: BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Boise State University has hired the director of the Harvard Innovation Lab to lead the school’s College of Innovation and Design. The Idaho Statesman reports (http://bit.ly/16njPsm) that 45-year-old Gordon Jones will start as dean of the college on June 1. Jones says Boise State is well recognized as on an upward trajectory. He says he took the job because he likes going places that are trying to make history. The State Board of Education last year approved the new school and it expects to enroll its first students this fall.
