Quintrall did nothing wrong

Jan Quintrall, former head of Spokane’s Business and Developer Services Division, was given a budget and stayed within that number. Having a six-hour meeting and not being charged for the room in Spokane – only a few establishments provide that. It seems that the Spokane Club charged a fair amount for what was provided.

In 2015, the cost of food is not as it was in the 1980s and 1990s. Quintrall should be applauded for what she did for this city. As well as staying within her budget.
