Edit: Bungling Otter Gets IEN Pass

If you want to see what’s wrong with one-party rule in Idaho, take a good look at Gov. C.L. (Butch) Otter’s bungled Idaho Education Network contract. Sure, Otter’s fellow Republicans in the Legislature are grumbling about it. With good reason. Every time they turn around, Otter’s underlings have more bad news to report. … But they’re still all on the same team — and have been ever since Democratic Gov. Cecil D. Andrus left office 20 years ago. So nobody gets too nasty - which would not be the case if Otter were elected as a Democrat. Then you’d really see some grilling/ Marty Trillhaase , Lewiston Tribune.
