… Here’s the 10 Senate Republicans who voted against the new specialty plate for Friends of the NRA fund-raising purposes: Sens. Bair, Den Hartog, Hill, Johnson, Lee, Martin, McKenzie, Mortimer, Siddoway and  Thayn. I failed to realize that state Sen. Bob Nonini was the Senate sponsor. The House sponsor was newby Rep.
