Whipple: Make ‘Em Take Test, Too

IdahoWhipple (RE: Petition: Legislators should pass test, too ): As an American Government Teacher, I am so excited to see this petition (requiring Idaho legislators to pass a civics tests). One of my students came up with this idea yesterday during one of our Dumbing Down sessions. I would say teaching session or class but most of the guys on the extreme Right like to repeat Dumbing Down three hundred times a day before they go to bed.
