Thursday dons, and our Kootenai County representatives are busy thrashing about causing mischief, as is their habit. Especially those in District 3. Nonini and his Sancho Panza, Mendive, are trashing years of good between the Coeur d’Alene Indian Tribe and Post Falls by challenging the Coeur d’Alene Casino’s gaming machines. Acting on his own, Mendive voted yesterday to nullify the federal Clean Water Act when it comes to dredging and mining in Idaho rivers. Dredging, after all, is good for Idaho rivers. Amazing.
