Big walleyes bending rods at Roosevelt

FISHING — Although winter fishing for walleyes can be off and on at Lake Roosevelt, I’ve seen a good number photos this year of happy anglers holding huge walleye.

Here’s the latest — a 13.5-pounder landed by Jim Donelan on Feb. 15.
