Poll: County Misfired On Hiring

• Weekend Poll: Overwhelmingly, Hucks Nation said Kootenai County misfired when it hired former commissioner Todd Tondee for the $21.74/hour “transit specialist job” in the new grants department. 182 of 234 respondents (77.78%) disapprove of the hiring. Only 24 of 234 respondents (10.26%) approve of it. 28 (11.97%) were undecided.
