CdA School Bus Hit By BB, Pellet?

Coeur d’Alene Police officers are currently investigating a report of damage to a Coeur d’Alene School District 271 bus window that may have been a result of a projectile from a BB or pellet gun. Officers were notified at 3:06 pm that a window located near the middle of the school bus was possibly shot while the bus was traveling in the area of 11th St. and E. Garden Ave. The bus driver stated there were 20 elementary students on the bus at the time of the incident. None of the children on the bus were injured. They were transported to Lakes Middle School where school staff put them on a different bus and transported them home. It appears as though the damage was possibly from a Pellet or BB gun.
