… Idaho gets 34.9% of its total state general revenues from the federal government (the 16th largest share in the country). The information was provided by the Tax Foundation, via Idaho Reporter. Idaho, of course, is peopled with Teapublicans, who constantly bash the federal government. Strangely, Idaho gets more of a share of its state general revenues from the feds than does Democrat neighbor Washington, which ranks No. 37 with a 28.6% share.
