In looking for a venue for our 40th anniversary celebration later this year, Mrs. O & I were surprised by a venue manager’s reaction to the length of our marriage. She genuinely seemed surprised that people could love and live with one another for 40 years. I know some of your out there have marriages that have endured longer.
