Gonzaga Climbs To No. 3
With big wins over San Francisco and Santa Clara, Gonzaga jumped to No. 3 in this week’s Associated Press college basketball poll today. Kentucky remained at No. 1 and Virginia replaced Duke at No. 2 in the poll released this morning. Duke, which lost to unranked NC State, fell to fourth. Louisville went from fifth to No. 6 and Wisconsin fell three spots to No. 7 following its loss to Rutgers. The Zags go on the road this week to face WCC foes Pepperdine on Thursday and Loyola Marymount on Saturday/SR.
