ShoCon: Who Yanks Butch’s Chain?

Shoshone Conservative (RE: Press: Eliminate grocery sales tax ): The anti-tax right wants rid of it. Seems like most moderates want rid of it. As far as I can tell, even a fair contingent of Democrats want rid of it. Butch Otter seems to be the only one who WANTS to keep the bloody thing. So, the question I have is, which one of his cronies/puppet-masters loves this flippin’ grocery tax so much that they are pressing him to dig his heels in so deeply on this issue?

Question: So why do you think Gov. Butch Otter is so dug in against popular repeal of grocery sales tax?
