On Tuesday, Sage Dixon, a newby Bonner County Republican legislator, introduced a bill to create another one of those specialty license plates — and ingratiate himself to the NRA. “No means no,” to salamanders. Absolutely-yes-sir to anything related to the NRA. Same old Legislature. Here’s your Hump Day Wild Card …
