3 people were hurt, including a 3YO child when a GMC driven by Devin Bischoff, 25, of Rathdrum, veered off U.S. 95/MP 422.8 (near Kidd Island Road) and rolled, at 12:28 p.m. Bischoff and passenger Sheena Freeman, 27, of Rathdrum, were ejected from the vehicle. Raysyn Bischoff, 3, of Rathdrum, was restrained but not in a car seat. The crash closed the highway for 2 hours. ISP report here.
