Hump Day Wild Card — 7.1.15

We’ve turned the calendar to the second half of 2015 — and the season for dreadful tattoos has begun. If you don’t believe me, head to the waterfront and check out the baking flesh. More heat = less clothes = tattoos on parade. The more tats I’ve seen during my noon time strolls along the waterfront, the more I think: What was s/he thinking?
