Poll: Ban Fireworks For This Year

• Tuesday Poll: Hucks Nation disagrees with a decision made by the Kootenai County commissioners to continue to allow fireworks this year, despite extremely dry conditions. 155 of 258 respondents (60.08%) said fireworks should be banned in summer 2015. Another 39 (15.12%) want fireworks banned permanently in the county. 43 (16.67%) opposed a ban as unenforceable, while another 15 (5.81%) said they love fireworks. 6 (2.33%) were undecided.
