Sheriff Hunting For Abuser Of 2 Puppies

The Kootenai County sheriff is seeking public assistance in finding the person responsible for abusing and abandoning two puppies in Worley on Saturday night. A witness saw someone throw a white pillowcase out of the window of a black, possibly diesel, passenger-type truck, a news release from the sheriff’s office said. The witness found the pillowcase to be zip-tied closed and found a male and female puppy inside. Both puppies were covered in ticks.
