Weather Cooperates In Fire Fight

Monday’s weather cooperated with firefighters battling the Cape Horn Fire in Bayview, Idaho. Fire officials say there was very little fire growth, and as a result, firefighters were able to construct a fire line up to the ridge above Bayview. Monday night fire crews plan to conduct burn out operations to further strengthen the fire lines if the weather permits.
