2nd Resort Tower Discussion

You can read City Clerk Renata McLeod’s draft minutes of the discuss re: Coeur d’Alene Resort’s request for street vacation as part of its plans to add a 2nd resort tower over Front Avenue and the resort shopping mall. The request was approved 5-1 with only Councilwoman Amy Evans opposing the street vacation. You can read the discussion here.

DFO: It was amusing to read in the minutes that Councilman Dan Gookin said he liked the idea of a public vote on this matter but he didn’t think there was the political will to conduct such a vote.
