‘Easy Wins” Mulled For E. Sherman
The community will have an opportunity to vote on a list of potential easy wins (for the East Sherman Avenue corridor) during the CDA 2030 annual celebration Thursday at Riverstone Park from 5:30-8 p.m. Easy win ideas include (

- More shade trees
- More landscaping in general
- Pocket park (community garden, green space, Bocce Ball)
- Crosswalk(s) between north & south sides of Sherman
- Back-in angled parking spaces
- Signage for “No Panhandling”
- Open-air market with local food
- Outdoor Recreation-themed event
- Events by the pine tree sculpture at CDA Lake Dr. and 23rd St.
