Lost & Found — Loaded Ruger

Among the items on a recent Post Falls PD Facebook post from Thursday’s Day Shift:

“Found property-Cabelas-RP reports a customer located a Ruger LCP .380 in the restroom of the business and turn the Ruger into them. RP then turned the Ruger into the PD. The SN # is clear NCIC and has been placed into evidence for safe keeping. RP advised when the Ruger was turned into him it was loaded to include a round be chambered.”

Question: Would you want to reclaim a loaded Ruger that you’d left in a public restroom?
