3 Face Felony Vandalism Charges

From the Post Falls Police Department log (Malicious Injury):

A Prairie Falls Golf Course employee “reports suspect(s) apparently obtained a key to the golf carts, returned around midnight Friday and proceeded to cause approximately $3,000 damage to the course, club house and cart. (The golf course employee) advised (it has) video of the event and suspects, but would have to contact another party for instructions on how to retrieve and burn the video for LE. Officers were able to locate and identify three juvenile suspects who will now be petitioned for felony mal injury charges. ”

Question: Should the trio of juveniles be charged with felonies?
