Well, Ladies & Germs, we’ve reached the final week of July, which means Art on the Green is upon us — and the days left to cross off things on your summer to-do list are running short. I was so busy during the first half of my summer that I don’t mind coasting for a few weekends. Things have been busy here, too. I don’t know what this week holds in terms of big-headline items. But I expect there will be something that’ll fire us up. Here’s your first Wild Card of the work week …
