Raining On Teen Drunks’ Parade

From PFPD Graveyard Log Wednesday AM (Black Bay Park, Juvenile Problem/Alcohol Offense): “Officer located an unoccupied suspicious vehicle at Black Bay Park which contained a large quantity of alcohol. While officers were on scene a 2nd vehicle arrived which contained a number of juveniles and other persons under the age of 21 who had been consuming alcohol and were associated with the suspicious vehicle. Two people were cited for MIP and two were petitioned for MIP due to being under the age of 18. The two juveniles were released to guardians.”
