2:13 PM Friday, July 17 — N 21ST ST & E SHERMAN AVE - ALCOHOL OFFENSE - Officers arrested a 62 year old transient for Open Container after observing the male passed out in the roadway partially blocking 21st St. The male was very intoxicated with an open can of cold beer nearby. Through slurred words, officers were able to ascertain it the man’s birthday. He was taken to jail.
