Disturbing The Peace?

Two disturbing-the-peace calls from PFPD Grave Yard shift this AM:

• An RP reported hearing banging and yelling from and apartment below them for about 30 minutes. Officers arrived on scene and found the resident had locked themselves out of their house. A locksmith was called to unlock residence.
• RP reported a loud party and bon fire at a residence. Officer arrived and found residents were having a get together after a funeral. They agreed to quiet down and go to bed.
